Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Time Frame: You may cancel your order within 2 Days of order placement.

How to Cancel:

  • Email support@teamore.co with your order number and reason for cancellation
  • Use Live Chat during business hours
  • Visit your My Orders page and click Cancel Order

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following:

  • The sealed inner foil pouch remains unopened
  • The product arrived damaged in any form
  • Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Initiate Request:

  • Email support@teamore.co with your order number and reason for return/exchange
  • Use Live Chat during business hours
  • Visit your My Orders page and click Return/Exchange

Prepare Package:

  • Securely repackage the sealed pouch in its original box
  • Include any packing slips or proof of purchase

Ship Back:

  • Use a trackable shipping service to the address we provide
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped

Processing Time: Approved exchanges are shipped within 5–7 business days of receiving your return

Availability: If your requested item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternate selection

Approval: After we inspect your return, we will notify you of refund approval

Timing:

  • Credit Card & eWallets: Refunds processed within 14 days of approval
  • Bank Transfers: May take up to 14 business days to reflect, depending on your bank

Amount: You will be refunded the product price; original shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error

If your tea arrives damaged or defective:

  • Report Within 48 Hours: Email support@teamore.co with photos of the damage and your order number
  • Replacement or Refund: We will arrange a replacement shipment or full refund—your choice—at no additional cost
