How to Steep
Four steps to a fruity-earthy peach herbal cup — naturally sweet, caffeine-free and refreshing.

per 200ml cup
Water
Water at 100°C, full boil (for hot steep) or cold brew overnight (for iced peach tea).
Measure
2g of peach herbal tea per 200ml cup.
Brew
Steep 5 minutes (Hot) or cold brew overnight in the fridge. The fruit needs the full 5 minutes and will not turn bitter.
Enjoy
Strain. Serve hot (add a cinnamon stick to the pot if you have one), or pour double-strength over a full glass of ice with a fresh peach slice.

No. Peach, orange peel and a little licorice do the sweetening naturally. Taste it before adding honey, most people find it does not need any.
How do I make it iced?
Double-strength hot steep poured over a full glass of ice with a slice of fresh peach, or cold brew it overnight in the fridge. Both work; the cold brew is rounder.
