AED90.00
Autumn Bliss is the cup that smells like October in a country you may not have. Second-flush Darjeeling gives it a proper black-tea spine, and over it we lay crisp apple bits, pineapple, a little hibiscus for brightness, and the warm spices, cinnamon, clove, cardamom. The fruit makes it naturally sweet, the spice makes it cosy, and the Darjeeling keeps it a tea rather than a dessert.

Brewing Guide
How to Steep
Four steps to a naturally sweet apple & cinnamon cup — warm, cosy and comforting.
Water
Water at 85°C (hot steep) or cold water (for iced apple tea). Lower temperature keeps the fruit soft and bright.
Measure
2g tea + 1g fruit/spice per 160ml cup.
Brew
Steep 5 minutes, covered. Covering the pot keeps the spice aromatics in the water instead of the air.
Enjoy
Strain. Serve hot, or steep double-strength and pour over a full glass of ice with a thin apple slice.
