Ayurvedic Balance tastes the way a spice market smells at closing time: warm, earthy, settled. Turmeric gives it the golden base, ashwagandha and moringa the rooted depth, ginger and cinnamon the warmth, lemongrass the lift, and a little licorice sweetens the cup without sugar. It is caffeine-free and unhurried, the cup for the end of a long day, drunk slowly, ideally with nowhere else to be.
-

-

Brewing Guide
How to Steep
Four steps to a slow, warming cup — the roots give slowly and are worth waiting for.
Water
Bring water to a rolling boil, 100°C.
Measure
2g of tea and 1g of Ayurvedic spice blend per 200ml cup.
Brew
Steep for 7 minutes, covered. Roots and bark release slowly, so a covered pot keeps the warmth inside.
Enjoy
Strain and enjoy your rich, warming golden cup. No sugar needed.
