How to Steep
Four steps to a rich berry cup — caffeine-free and beautiful at any hour.

per 200ml cup
Water
Water at 100°C, full boil (for hot steep) or cold water (for overnight cold brew).
Measure
2g of tea per 200ml cup (for both hot and iced cold brew).
Brew
Steep 5 minutes (Hot) or fridge overnight (Cold Brew). The colour deepens with time; the taste stays gentle and does not turn bitter.
Enjoy
Strain. Serve hot, or strain cold brew over ice. Cold brewing keeps the tartness bright and is great served with a twist of orange peel.

What does Berry Fusion taste like?
Tart and dark-fruited: hibiscus sharpness first, then blueberry roundness, an orange-peel edge and a naturally sweet licorice finish. Think karkadeh with more fruit and a longer finish.
Does Berry Fusion have caffeine?
None at all. Every ingredient is a flower, fruit, root or grass, there is no tea leaf in it. Pour it for children, guests and midnight without a second thought.
Is Berry Fusion the same as karkadeh?
It is karkadeh’s ambitious cousin. The hibiscus base is the same flower, but blueberry, orange peel, lemongrass and licorice take it somewhere the classic red drink does not go. Karkadeh drinkers tend to adopt it fast.
How do I cold brew Berry Fusion?
2g per 200ml of cold water, in the fridge overnight, then strain over ice with a twist of orange peel. Cold brewing keeps the tartness bright and can never turn it bitter.
Is it sweetened?
No sugar is added. The licorice root sweetens the finish naturally, and the blueberry reads as fruit sweetness. Most people drink it dry; a light honey works if you want it softer.
What is the difference between Berry Fusion and Bloom Berry?
Berry Fusion is caffeine-free herbal, hibiscus and fruit, no tea leaf. Bloom Berry is a true black tea with berries, full caffeine included. Night jug and day cup, respectively.
