How to Steep
Four steps to a soothing mint & chamomile green tea — gentle lift for evening unwinding.
2g tea + 0.5g herbs
per 150ml cup
Water
Water at 78°C (boil kettle and wait 4 minutes). Boiling water scalds the green leaf.
Measure
2g tea + 0.5g herbs per 150ml cup (or 2g per 200ml for cold brew).
Brew
Steep 3 minutes (Hot) or fridge for 4 hours (Cold Brew). Cold water cannot pull tannins so it will not turn bitter.
Enjoy
Strain. Serve hot in the evening or enjoy cold-brewed for a refreshing desk drink.

Does Calm Brew have caffeine?
A little. The green tea base carries low caffeine, enough for gentle focus, not enough to keep most people up. If you want zero caffeine at night, chamomile or Lavender Whisper are the next step.
What does Calm Brew taste like?
A light green tea rounded by chamomile’s honeyed softness, lemongrass freshness and a cool mint finish. It tastes like a garden, not like a candy cane, the mint is real leaf, supported by natural peppermint.
When should I drink Calm Brew?
Late afternoon and evening are its natural home. It is the cup for winding down while still finishing something, reading, working late, the last hour before the day closes.
Can I cold brew Calm Brew?
Yes, and it is excellent that way. Two grams per 200ml, cold water, four hours in the fridge. The mint and lemongrass make it genuinely refreshing without ice diluting it.
