AED90.00
Bloom Berry is a black tea wearing summer clothes. The base is organic black leaf, so there is real body and real caffeine underneath. Over it: hibiscus for the tang and the deep red-amber colour, ripe raspberry and strawberry for the fruit, and a little licorice that sweetens the cup without a grain of sugar. Hot, it is tangy and full. Over ice, it is the best-looking drink on the table.
-
Tangy-sweet from fruit and licorice, not from sugar.
-

Brewing Guide
How to Steep
Four steps to a vibrant ruby cup — swirl halfway to wake the berries.
Water
Heat water to 92°C. Boiling water can cook the delicate fruits too quickly.
Measure
2.5g of tea per 150ml of water.
Brew & Swirl
Steep for 4 minutes. Swirl halfway to wake the berries. Keep it under 5 minutes so the hibiscus doesn't dominate.
Enjoy
Strain and serve. Beautiful hot, or flash-chill by brewing at double strength (5g) and pouring straight over ice.
