Bloom Berry is a black tea wearing summer clothes. The base is organic black leaf, so there is real body and real caffeine underneath. Over it: hibiscus for the tang and the deep red-amber colour, ripe raspberry and strawberry for the fruit, and a little licorice that sweetens the cup without a grain of sugar. How to Steep
Four steps to a vibrant ruby cup — swirl halfway to wake the berries.

per 150ml cup
Water
Heat water to 92°C. Boiling water can cook the delicate fruits too quickly.
Measure
2.5g of tea per 150ml of water.
Brew & Swirl
Steep for 4 minutes. Swirl halfway to wake the berries. Keep it under 5 minutes so the hibiscus doesn't dominate.
Enjoy
Strain and serve. Beautiful hot, or flash-chill by brewing at double strength (5g) and pouring straight over ice.

What does Bloom Berry taste like?
Tangy-sweet. Raspberry and strawberry up front, the hibiscus tartness behind them, a floral nose, and a proper black tea base holding it together. The licorice rounds the finish so it never tastes thin.
Does Bloom Berry have caffeine?
Yes, it is a real black tea, so expect full black-tea caffeine. It is a daytime cup. For the same berry-and-hibiscus character without caffeine, drink Berry Fusion.
Is Bloom Berry sweetened?
No sugar is added. The sweetness comes from the fruit and a small amount of licorice root, which sweetens naturally. Most people drink it without adding anything.
Is Bloom Berry good iced?
It might be the best iced tea we make. Brew it double strength, pour it over a full glass of ice, and serve it in clear glass, the red-amber colour is entirely from the hibiscus, not a dye.
What is the difference between Bloom Berry and Berry Fusion?
Bloom Berry is a black tea with berries, body, caffeine, tannin. Berry Fusion is the caffeine-free herbal cousin built on hibiscus, blueberry, lemongrass and orange peel. Day cup, night cup.
